Sam joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2022 upon his graduation from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While in law school, Sam served as the Editor-in-Chief of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law, where he gained a practical understanding of business law in Tennessee. Sam uses his knowledge to assist individual and commercial clients with their business representation needs, including business formation, M&A, and commercial real estate transactions. Sam also assists clients with a variety of litigation matters, including LLC member disputes, construction litigation, business torts, and other various contract disputes.
